Thank goodness it is Friday! The last few weeks have been utterly insane around here. Between crazy work hours, a weekend trip to Seattle, and studying for a professional exam, I am completely wiped out. I am hoping that I will have at least one day this weekend that I can get caught up on writing. I have so many fabulous photos and stories that I want to share with you. Please hang there for a few more days. I promise that it will be worth it.
Since this week has been absolutely crazy, I think I need a coffee break. Go grab a delicious mug of your favorite brew, pull up a chair and let’s get to chatting!
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you that the weather is finally starting to cool off here in the Sunshine State. I may have mentioned this a few weeks ago but I can seriously start to feel the slightest hint of a weather change. My favorite season of the year is Fall and I cherish every fleeting moment of it that we have in Florida. My boyfriend and I joke all of the time about our “seasons”. In Florida, our seasons are hot and humid, hotter and more humid, rainy, and a few cold days sprinkled in.
If we were having coffee today, I would share that I am starting to freak out a little
a massive amount about the Dopey Challenge and my lack of training. runDisney officially posted the medals yesterday and I absolutely loved them! I saw them (and touched them briefly) while I was at the Disneyland Health and Fitness Expo. Seeing them again yesterday really brought home the magnitude of what I am asking my body to do. Did I mention that I have fallen off of the training wagon … again? What is wrong with me?!? Must run this weekend!
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you that I am extremely excited to see my best friend next week. She and her husband are coming down from Chicago next week and I can’t wait to them. I seriously need to get on the ball and go visit her again. Pete has never to Chicago and I just know that he would love that city. We are planning a really fun dinner one night next week.
If we were having coffee today, what would you share with me? Is anyone else swamped with life right now?
