One of the biggest personal goals I have is to become strong. I realize that is probably a little bit vague but its the truth. I want to be strong enough to do a pull up. I want to be strong enough to qualify for the Boston Marathon. I want to be strong enough to handle anything that life throws at me.

The Soldier of Steel™ program is seriously no joke and I will definitely be following it (as soon as I finish the NROLFW program). It is a one-month plan designed to teach fundamental and universal movements as well as to develop a strong work ethic. The program doesn’t require a whole lot of equipment and the website has some great tutorials (video and step-by-step) on how to perform the exercises.
