It seems to me that everyone I know is in the midst of training for an upcoming race, whether it is a full marathon like me, a half marathon or your very first 5K. The majority of my training runs are solo but every now and then I enjoy running with a group of friends. Groups runs can really help the miles go by during those long runs on the weekend, which is why I am excited to invite all of you to run with me!
As a ZOOMA Florida Race Ambassador, I have been asked to host a group run to kick off the training cycle for everyone participating in the race on January 19th, 2013! (My training schedule calls for a 6 mile run that day so it won’t be terribly long.) Since Mary and I are both ambassadors, we have decided to join forces to host a training run for as many friends that want to join us.

The best part about this group run is that there will be goodies provided afterwards! The ladies at ZOOMA will be providing us with Muscle Milk and other goodies to hand out after the run. So even if you aren’t registered for this race (yet!), we would still love it if you joined us!

- Lululemon hosts a free yoga class at 9 AM on Saturday mornings if you are interested!

Even if you aren’t able to join us, you can still participate virtually! If you go for a run during the weekend of October 26th – 28th and write a blog post or share photos on the ZOOMA Facebook page, you will be entered to win some awesome prizes.
